It can improve our country because if one gives up their right to their opinion they can help reduce controversy. Giving up your opinion can lead to arguments. LES MIS BK 2 CH 2

 Based on the name of chapter 2 I know that the chapter is going to be about the bishop. Monseigneur has been trying to convince the bishop to lock his doors. Monseigneur tells the bishop to at least stop say "Come in" when someone knocks because he doesn't know if their intentions are bad.

Les Mis Book 2 Chapter 6

 In this chapter we are introduced to  Jean Valjean. He stole a loaf of bread and went to jail for five years. Stealing that loaf of bread because he was trying to feed his family ruined his life. When he got out of jail he only found  one out of his seven kids and that one child that was still alive was mistreated.
